A Plastic Rose, The Louisiana, Bristol, 10th Oct 2012

Halfway through a 3 week marathon tour of the UK, A Plastic Rose hit The Louisiana - a venue famous for showcasing acts before they go on to world superstardom.

APR's masterpiece of a debut album, 'Camera. Shutter. Life' is out now. Buy it, it's the best hard rocking and heart melting album you'll hear for a while. Go and show them some love!

Tracer, Komedia Bath, 4/10/12

Aussie hard rockers Tracer, at the Komedia in Bath. Taken on my powershot camera from the crowd.
Nominated for Best New Band at this year's Classic Rock Magazine Awards, Tracer are quite an astonishing live band, even when the singer/guitarist Michael was struggling through a cold - they return to the UK in February, don't miss out!

Rival Sons, The Thekla, Bristol 22/09/12

Well the boat surely was rockin'! I've been pretty much desperate to see the Californian Rival Sons since I first heard them nearly two years ago - and they certainly didn't disappoint. A phenomenally tight and groove laden band fronted by one of the most powerful and soulful singers I've ever witnessed live - definitely one of the top 5 best gigs I've been to this year.

If you haven't heard of this band, do yourself a massive favour and check them out. Your ears will love you for it.

All photos were taken on my powershot camera.

Sucioperro, King Tut's, Glasgow 13/09/12

A sorta of homecoming show for the Ayr based Sucioperro, in support of their new stupendous album 'Fused", I couldn't resist taking a few pics on my wee camera. 'Twas an absolute belter of a gig!
Make Sparks and Freeze the Atlantic started things off.
